Update 16 - Helpful Penguin Mode 🐧

• Added more training to the stations. Training is shown on screen, showing individual controls step-by-step
• Added a macro for sending long range comm messages
• Added core notifications, with text-to-speech announcements and the ability to disable either or both
• Added the core feed, which shows a feed of actionable items as they happen.
• Added additional contributors to the readme. ❤️
• Added a core for messaging
• Ensured that every system could be damaged, and tied engines and tractor beam to the power level
• Added decks listing for the Voyager
• Added presets for the Intolerance mission
