Update 2 - Stretchy Screens

- Finished the layout for 1024 wide layouts.
- Fixed layout for Thrusters, Docking, Sensors, Targeting, Short Range Comm, etc.
- Added tracking for which clients send mutations
- Added hover to the sensors station contacts
- Added ability to update contacts currently on the grid
